Scope of Service
ESSENA provides a personalised household food and performance management service, including planning, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation according to the selected package.
Term
Services are provided on a weekly basis with automatic renewal. A minimum 14-day notice is required for cancellation.
Investment
The investment corresponds to the selected package. All prices are inclusive of standard ingredients. Any premium ingredients, special requests, events, or services outside the selected package will be quoted separately.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance on a weekly basis. Service delivery is contingent upon receipt of payment.
External Professionals
ESSENA may involve partner nutritionists or personal trainers at the client’s discretion. ESSENA remains the sole point of coordination and is not responsible for actions or advice provided outside the ESSENA system.
Medical Disclaimer
ESSENA does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or clinical prescriptions. The service is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Liability
ESSENA commits to delivering services with professional care and industry standards. Results may vary and are dependent on individual circumstances and client compliance.
Acceptance
Payment of the first service period constitutes full acceptance of this agreement and all related terms and conditions.
